How long does it take to receive my order?

For custom orders: please allow for 8-12 weeks, depending on the scope of the order. Handcrafted items take some time to create, including sourcing materials. We will also send you pictures and updates on the status of your custom order.

DO you offer delivery or shipping?

We offer free local delivery within Montgomery County, Texas. We have flat rate shipping at $500 per order if you’re outside of that! If you have questions, please contact us! We can discuss delivery or freight shipping options, and likely find a solution that works for you.

DO you offer FINANCING?

Yes, we offer financing through Klarna and Afterpay. Just choose that option at checkout, answer a few questions to qualify, and then place your order!

CAN YOU MAKE ANYTHING I WANT?

Yes, if it’s wood furniture and within reason! If there is something that you want that isn’t in our shop or portfolio, or you have an idea in your head, please fill out the custom order form, and we’ll work with you to design and build it.

What kind of wood do you use?

Ash, Oak, Maple, Cherry & Walnut are the mainstays, but we work with several different species. Some are better for furniture than others. We have many color options with the finish to get the exact look that you’re going for.

Do you offer custom sizing for tables and chairs?

Yes. Each piece can be built to fit your space and seating needs. Custom dimensions, proportions, and layout adjustments are available upon request to ensure the perfect fit for your home.

Can I request stain samples before placing an order?

Absolutely. We recommend viewing stain samples in your home lighting before finalizing your selection. Sample sets are available so you can confidently choose the finish that best complements your space.

Will natural wood variations appear in my furniture?

Most chairs arrive fully assembled. Tables may require minimal assembly, typically attaching the base to the tabletop using pre-installed hardware and simple tools. If you would rather have a table shipped fully assembled, that is an option as well.

Can I match furniture to pieces I already own?

We can often color-match or closely coordinate finishes with existing furniture or flooring. Providing photos or physical samples helps us achieve the best possible match.

In the rare event of shipping damage, contact us immediately with photos. We will work quickly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue so you receive your furniture in perfect condition.

Yes. We maintain records of finishes and specifications whenever possible, allowing you to add coordinating pieces to your collection in the future.

Do you work with interior designers or builders?
