How long does it take to receive my order?

For cutting boards: we try to ship them out within two weeks. If there is going to be any delay, we will reach out and let you know.

For custom orders: please allow for four to six weeks, depending on the scope of the order. Handcrafted items take some time to create, including sourcing materials. We will also send you pictures and updates on the status of your custom order.

Do you make anything else?

Of course! If there is something that you want that isn’t one of our listed products, please fill out the custom order form, and we’ll work with you to design and build it.

What kinds of wood do you use?

The quick answer is - it depends. This is largely dependent on what you are having made, but we can build things with nearly any type of wood. For outdoor garden-related items, we typically use Cedar. For cutting boards - Maple, Cherry & Walnut are the mainstays. We can add other exotic accents as well. For furniture, it can be a variety of wood species. You can visit our Wood Directory to see what we are able to source locally.

Do you use food-safe oil on your cutting boards?

Yes. We use food-grade mineral oil that meets or exceeds all requirements for USP Light Mineral Oil, National Formulary (NF), FDA 21 CFR 172.878 and 21 CFR 178.3620 (a) for direct and indirect contact with food. You can also order your board with no oil if you would like to do it yourself.
