This website is operated by Magnolia Craftworks. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Magnolia Craftworks. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the website or use our services.
Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, many of our products are made from natural wood and handcrafted materials, and variations in color, grain pattern, texture, and finish are normal.
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Product dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our products.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include limitations on quantities available for purchase or suspected fraudulent activity.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production has begun.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and shipping carriers.
Our White Glove Delivery service covers tables up to 10’ in length. There is a large item charge for tables greater than 8’ in length.
Some of the largest furniture items may ship via freight carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery access to the destination location.
Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition unless defective.
Custom or made-to-order furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged during shipping.
Restocking fees may apply.
Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Our lifetime warranty covers structural defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wood movement
Natural variations in grain or color
Damage caused by misuse
Environmental damage (moisture, extreme heat, etc.)
Normal wear and tear

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, product names, and logos, is the property of Magnolia Craftworks and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia Craftworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Custom furniture & made-to-order products are not eligible for return.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will do our best to have your item repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible.
Photos may be required to process a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
Warranty Policy
Magnolia Craftworks furniture is built to last, and we stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship.
Coverage
Our warranty covers structural defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use.
